Safeskys’ application for ANSP accreditation is with SRG now for approval. The safety case is all done and submitted.
What's all this accreditation stuff about?

In order to provide a service the company must be certificated in accordance with the SES Service Provision regulation to provide the relevant services (and thus comply with relevant parts of the Common Requirements), probably certified as a training provider in accordance with ANO article 198 (and the related articles which apply), approval to provide services at a particular place issued under the provisions of ANO article 169. There's also the matter of having a MATS with any revisions required under ANO article 171 and having relevant equipment approved under the provisions of ANO article 205. And these are only the things that immediately come to mind.

So how much of that is currently in place?
