Try AOPA for a good guidance on prices for planes. Our philosophy has always been to buy the absolute best we can afford in the type we are looking at.

There's a lot of Lances out there, so look around and see what others are on the market, what you can get for that price etc. There will always be other planes, and quite probably, something better, out there.

Take the time to look at other types. Is a Lance really the best plane for you and your needs? Maybe a C210 or something totally different would be a better fit.

Have it inspected by a reputable mechanic, but be aware that they may not catch everything at that inspection.

If you change your mind about bringing it home, would you be able to sell it again?

Question why it is such a good price? Sellers rarely want to sell a plane "for a good price", they want to sell it for "the best price they can get".
