Scanning you results
After being told to scan your results, your status should remain active. If it is terminated then it means you cant proceed with the interviews. In most cases, they ask you to scan the results so as to ensure that you have not gone through the interviews before and if you have, the probationary period is over and in other cases, to confirm your grades.
