Advice please
Sorry to trouble you CC but as my sign on name says I am a nervous pax. However my wife and myself always fly business class, at our own cost no free upgrades but on one flight from London to Hong Kong I was made to feel unwelcome in business class. It was as though a couple of the CC thought I didn't deserve to be there. Now I always say please and thank you and never get loud or cause any problems. I hardly ever even ask questions so please any clues as to what I need to do to avoid this again ? Oh yes when I got on my wife was called by her name but I was called by an incorrect name.
