. FL 80, an OAT +06° C is measured. What will the temperature be at FL 130, if you consider the temperature gradient of the Standard Atmosphere?

can anyone solve this please .do we have to apply the formula Tamb=OAT - TISA or directly do it with the 2 deg lapse rate...
