Zerotohero, if I was mistaken - then it's because I'm going by what my contract says. I didn't realise it was different, I'm on the older BRK contract pre McNamara. I had friends on my type rating go onto the +500 hrs payscale straight out of line training having had experience flying JAR 25 biz jets etc.

Am I still right with regards to fast track to command? With 2000 hrs Dash 8, he'd need 1500 on RYR JAR 25 and then be able to apply for upgrade would be the case on my contract.
