They already have their own cadet program,twice a year for the locals!
And direct intake for locals graduate...
if they were willing to remove their 'local' hiring restrictions e.g Malaysian/Thai etc citizens only and age limitations i.e 28 years max for a FO, then that would help for starters!....
I think this restrictions coming from DCA...
