Recently bought a Microsoft Lifecam Studio webcam which is brilliant,but nowhere on the box or instructions does it say it would work on a Apple Mac,IE the driver disk that comes with the kit does not actually contain drivers,when you insert it it contacts microprose and downloads the drivers from thence(stupid bloody idea)just wondering if it would work on Nephew Drapers puter which fate would have it is a Mac.
Just seems to me that Microsoft would be unlikely to include drivers for a enemy machine.
PS the gear will function as a bog standard web cam with no drivers or just using the drivers included in Windows but as far as I can see not in the full 1080p HD mode.
PS was also wondering if there exists any third party software that can use a full HD webcam.
