I agree Gabon.
It's all about people with NO idea about the Industry, it's safety requirements and the aviation history... ie how we got to here, after the hundreds of accidents/deaths we have meant to have learnt from... all to make quick buck$.

flying as a FO for 2000USD is definitely a concern...but does it really matter which airline you were flying for after you gain some hours on 737.

Absolutely it IS a concern. It's a disgrace! Being new, Coral Bay, can i suggest alot of reading up on the term "Affordable Safety". It's what managements have been pushing for some years in airlines around this region... seeing how far they can keep lowering the conditions of pilots, while their own cake gets bigger... until a "safety incident" occurs... all very well UNTIL that incident involves relatives of management!
Well here's the news: a loaded B737ng =70-80million$, plus the indemnity/insurance of the paying passengers and crew... will send a company bankrupt and management to jail! They better start thinking about whether they want L-plate (learners) up the front, with the company's survival hanging in the balance with evey flight, while they go about their "learning experiences" and mistakes.

Aviation experience, knowledge and safety, costs and doesn't come cheaply, but for a serious airline, it provides assurance that the operation will be safer & stronger.

Don't sell your soul to the rogues for trash conditions, because it will never stop once you start!

happy landings
