Indeed. Still a long way to go yet:
- Formation of two separate branches for LHR and LGW crew
- Satisfactory implementation of new facilities agreement and behaviours for restoration of staff travel
- Agreement on productivity improvements (which BASSA had always doggedly resisted) to fund part of the pay deal
- ACAS arbitration on sackings that have not gone to the Employment Tribunal
But this deal is a positive step, particularly the fact that it was a strong vote in favour of acceptance.
