Boeing 737-3/4/5 tech questions

1. If both f/d's are off and you are below 2000' agl and you have achieved the f/d engagement criteria for a go-around, my query is, when you press the toga button will both f/d's command a go around? and is it the case that you must have 1 f/d on after toga engagement to activate a roll mode?

2. what angle of bank protection is built into LNAV if so any? ie at crz??? by this I mean from the FMC??? (i know that hdg sel and vor/loc only provide bank angle protection if the pilot selects it via the mcp panel bank angle sel.)

3. If a pilot on line up to the runway has the transponder panel set to ta/ra mode, but he forgets to push the "tfc" button on the ehsi range selector to activate tcas mode, will a ta or ra event automatically pop up to give the pilot guidance if he encounters a TA or RA event?

4. What would you do if you are cruising at Fl320 or in the vicinity of this level, and a "LEADING EDGE FLAPS TRANSIT" lights appears in cruise with flaps up what is the best way to handle the QRH items, since you have the flaps up and the QRH drills requires you to extend the flaps to 1 if no roll is encountered (but you cannot extend the flaps above fl200, boeing limitation) what would you do?? descend??
