As reported is just one side of the story. Your experience of life should be telling you that there is likely to be more to the incident than that.

I have removed people from the aircraft before now for using foul language, and I remain quite proud of doing so - Quite apart from the potential for further problems once airborne, I don't feel that I should have to listen to it and I don't feel that any of my crew should have to either. Most importantly of all, I don't see that all his fellow passengers sitting in the area around him, having paid for the experience should have to be subjected to that language - they too are customers, the difference being that they have chosen to behave like adults.
