B737NG..
I've been here at KAL less than 2 years. I'm starting to look elsewhere as well but have not settled on anything as yet. I expect as airlines begin to increase hiring, T's and C's will improve, but I do not understand why KAL is not improving there's. A few of my colleagues have left and others are actively seeking other jobs.
Keep the blue side up ..
