Roitios, HR can give you contact details (I think they only do it if you've passed stage 2 though). Then it depends on the unit I suppose, in one case I could suggest a date in the other the unit did.

if your visit has the same structure as mine you will have to leave at two-ish when the watch changes. But it is all dependant on the day, but it seems you can usually stay until two o'clock.
Yes indeed, the interview is just what they say it is. So all you need to prepare is on there really. But I'm sure you'll be fine
