could you arrange a civil law suit to have the aircraft impounded until payment of all outstanding salaries has been achieved, or in particular those subject to a court judgement?
I was referring to international law and flight safety violations, and not local UAE labor law and court order violations. Western countries can not intervene in a foreign court order, unless there are special bi lateral agreements which are absent in this particular case. So the intention is to bring to an end this company's corrupt practices. This has not so far been possible in the ME. It does not hurt to try at the international arena.
