1. Yes DGCA will accept it they are not concerned weather u do it in India, USA ,Canada or even Mars
. I know a person who just did the opposite of what you are doing and he is working with Jet now.
2. To do any flying in USA u need a TSA clearance.
(TSA clearance is a srs thing).
3. BE-76 is okay but do 3 hrs on Seneca GFT by Day/ GFT night/ IR 2 approaches (if Multi-IR is requested)
