How is one supposed to comprehend the following statement which is sometimes mentioned on the approach charts:
" PROCEDURE FOR RNAV1 (GNSS) ACFT "
Does it mean that this procedure is for:
a) RNAV1 Aircraft which must have a GPS input; or
b) RNAV1 Aircraft (regardless of GPS input) OR Aircraft which has a GPS
