Not really. Anything will break up when stressed too much. The fact that 737s break in exactly the same places during the same accidents shows that all those aircraft are built exactly the same way, not necessarily that they are weak because they break.
The show may have a valid point on the build quality, but the break points observations didn't do anything for their argument IMO.
