Consider this example:

Vs1G = 50kts
Vne = 200kts
G limit = +6

VsAcc = Vs1G X √G

so for 6G...

VsAcc = 50 X 2.45
=122.5kts ie the aircraft will stall well short of the Vne of 200kts
