hellsbrink - That "removal tool" is about as much use as a chocolate teacup.
The PC wot I am using at the moment is just over two years old, and came with Norton as part of the "package".
For various reasons, I "un-installed" Norton, and replaced it with my trusty AVG (which proceeded to find 5 viruses that Norton had missed).
Two years on and I am still finding files from f
ing Norton scattered in the depths of my HDD...
