Number 5 is great you have to do a glide approach, CAT3 onto a carrier at night with no hydraulics ...
Then after the pleasure of being pissed on for 6 months they then send your file to THE STAR CHAMBER ... A bunch of geriatric arm chair pilots who wear bow ties and fight over who's going to star on the next front cover of CX magazine ..
These NAMBLA members then asses you training reports and go oh .. landed slightly deep in Hong Kong ... Hmmm send him back out on the line as an FO for two years for some more exposure that will help him a lot..... like 12 years wasn't enough!
