1. Conmuting is respected and they will provide you the ticket for every trip.
2. Jeddah is better thar Riyadh, less dust, lower temperatures than RUH, but is a bit more expensive, compounds have ammenities as gym, pools, restaurants, etc.., life in Saudi is not bad , I mean forget what you see on movies or news, its just different.
3.Max sectors per day are 4 , flying here is easy, no that much weather, just sand a and fews CB on season, layovers on the EMB are only in Jeddah if you are Riyahd based or viceversa.
4. Crews, form Americas, Europe, Arabic, Very Friendly and nice to work with.
5. 3 years contrac, is not bad and when ever you want to go just do your notice period and go.

Yes managment was changed and they are doing a good job !, meals are back, Money was increased and is good
