Actually a good question and the answer is I don't think so (any more). Made mistake by looking a picture of a three-cylinder aircraft with specifications on Siemens-Halske, but the picture apparently is from its Bristol Lucifer engine version.
So the question 2 amended: Bristol Lucifer engine?
