They're hiring right now; though you have to be able to read Japanese on your computer.
Minimums are quite high for a start up LCC; they require 2,000 hours minimum in type or similar transport jet just to be considered for the right seat. Captain minimums are a bit more understandable; same as FO but add 500 hours PIC time.
At this time they won't fork out the conversion to JCAB so either you pay (yeah, right?!), or you must already possess one to be considered. It looks like they're just trying to pick at left overs from what JAL let go at this point.
Just wonder how they're planning to compete against the other LCC's in Asia (i.e. Air Asia, Jetstar, etc); I doubt anyone with these minimums would be willing to relocate to Japan for peanuts.
