Spot on captplaystation, unfortunately all low-cost airlines (EZY, RYR AB etc) are in the 'same sh!t, different name' category. Hence the name of the beast "low-cost." The whole concept is founded on screwing every last penny out of customers, contractors and aircraft manufacturers. It's incredibly naive to think that any low cost airline employee is somehow magically exempted from that concept...
