I hope they do pull their finger out as I'm 'piggy backing' your order.
Probably not unique to Sikorsky/Schweizer though. Why do so many helicopter companies treat their customers so poorly?
I ran a 269C for several years - lovely helicopter and no issues, but got the few parts I needed from Ed Brown at Helimart. Great helicopters and, as you know, now buying another, so I hope parts support is not an issue.
What we lack in the UK is a first class Sikorsky/Schweizer Agent. In fact, I don't even know who the UK Agent is
