Either Way

If that is true that the company is so out of control that management cannot control "stealing" by pilots (how does a pilot steal anything, in a properly managed company which is not a cash operation?), management should be sacked immediately. If that is a lie, management is unnecessarily bringing great discredit upon the company and its Chairman, Hamed bin Hamed, and should be sacked immediately.
Because what WM has posted above is a logical conclusion that is within the comprehension capacity of the owner, and in light of his failure (or lack of action) to do something about it, I tend to think that the owner and his CEO are on the same page. For the serious threat this has on the future of their company, there must be something worth this great risk in return, something they cannot declare or expose to public, or indeed the concerned authority unless the latter has already been bought!
