Airlines don't go out of business 'in a couple of years'. The process leading up to it can be lengthy I will admit, mismanagement and such but when it happens it does so quickly and the employees will not know until the very moment it happens. Until that day comes they will continue as normal, selling tickets, hiring etc etc and give the impression of normaility until the music stops. Alot of you have been through it before.
