it refers only to the target speed displays:
- FLAG ON CAPT PFD SPD LIM and FLAG ON F/O PFD SPD LIM: characteristic speeds (green dot, VLS, ...) lost due
to loss of calculating function
This is not an indication of overspeed that I can see, nor would it trigger an overspeed warning.
