In a multi-place cockpit, where there are four hands
, depending on how you train and use CRM, you can in difficult scenarios split the tasks up so that the PF applies his hand (sidestick) feet( rudders) and other hand (trim wheel), while the PNF handles power adjustments ... and they talk to each other while this goes on.
I won't make a generalized statement beyond that, since the opinions on that, and variations on how one breaks down task management is both organizationally and "culturally" influenced.
