Don't really see why you would need to wait 12 months, if you've resigned before the assessment then it's hardly poaching, after all there's no guarantee of a job!
Sometimes they slip through the net to interview - ie haven't been truthful on the application or an oversight.
However, they will not be offered a job until
12 months have elapsed after leaving QR- assuming of course that they were successful at interview!
Sounds stupid I agree, but that's what hands were shaken on at a very high level so I hear!
