This is a great letter indeed....
What is really clear to me, coming from outside the business and a relatively new employee, is that I have never worked for a company where management say they will do things and they never happen.
I feel like I am in a constant state of being placated and when you follow up..no response EVER..... I have been promised all manner of things in the past few years none of which have EVER materialised but they seem to promise they will do it....
I have never worked for a company that is so daft in the way they treat top performing staff. I feel for the pilots....PLEASE STRIKE!!!
These idiots are playing games with you and in their typical arrogance they don't think you will take action.....
