Kernow 101....at last some common sense on this thread

John R -
flight crew on last flight of a 5/3 roster....so what, the roster is stable, sufficient time for rest
operating out of base.....positioning on days off, ok it can be annoying, doesn't make me any more tired
financial difficulties - pay is actually not to bad, could be better, alot of airlines far worse
Brookfield contractors/irregular hours - not the case, my hours are very regular
inexperienced flight crew - could happen in any airline
min hrs capt/new F/O - ops manual should prevent this
privileges removed - has only happened to three FOs apparently, follow the rules, keep your privileges
flight crew demoralised - no comment

"Reading it makes me wonder how they've managed to avert a serious incident thus far" - rediculous comment from someone who obviously has no experience in this airline

The situations quoted could happen anywhere for any airline, I wouldn't wish a hull loss or fatalities on anyone, robust sop's excellent training and facilities (and yes excellent aircraft), the guys and girls at FR work very hard, conditions are not ideal, will they get better? who knows?

time to get the thread back on track without the usual FR bashing
