Vietnam.net Bridge the general director of Jetstar Pacific Airlines, Le Song Lai, says it will need $US 45 million in additional capital this year to stay in business, and is currently being forced to pay for its fuel requirements a day in advance to Vinapco, the state owned fuel monopoly, after racking up unpaid bills of $US 8 million.
