As far as I can see all that is being said here is the aircraft did not meet the airworthiness standards on the day of the crash and those saying this have offered pretty conclusive proof. I agree that this failing is sufficient to cast doubt on the verdict and can only lend weight to the other main argument that the legal test in AP3207 wasn't satisfied.
It really does take a special kind of imbecile to come on an aviation forum and openly state he doesn't agree with the need to have airworthy aircraft.
