Guys, I use the American Optics original Pilot sunglasses...though a little heavy, but has a Superb clarity, specially in IFR CAT I approached
...I used Ray Bans before that, they're light, but quiet expensive, there are alots of great brands out there...just make sure that you meet the requirements mentioned by your Issuing License Aviation Authority
