Me either..... If AA pays for a trip from one of their destinations (X or not), I think TIGER doesn't pay for a thing !!! I know from friend who interviewed for Cpt postn that last year they interview in London and offered even tickets to expat from other continent from sister company (which I don't know) during contract.
Otherwise commuting with Singapore with that money is gonna be a nightmare. Their money is not bad but it's way too low to live in SIN if you're a F/O. Need to step to Cpt seat ASAP.
Regarding AA I agree with Johnboy2, noone understand their own way to look for people: a friend had a super-unrealistic SIM where the instructor on the other seat would be obstacle to anything and weather way below minima.....
