I fly from a small airfield and don't pay a penny to land each time, though we can't do circuits due to planning restrictions (a 10 min depart and rejoin is ok though). But I have a mate who is in a military Flying Club and we had our aeroplane approved by the MOD. So if we want to do circuits, we head off to a mil base at the weekends (when the military is off work
