What a mess
I met the dalaman flight today cant believe the complaints
No airport staff for an enquiry
No trolleys
Old trolleys had 20p stuck in
Long delay for luggage
Same zigzag customs lines with no extra desks
No smart passport machine
No cashpoint machine
Bo bus it dropped of and went
Even the thomas cook staff commented on 2.50 drop off
All this heard in 40 mins of waiting inside the building
