I booked an incredible offer over the net last night......but I'm also fairly certain the fare I paid should have been higher.
'Twas on Swiss from LHR to EZE (B.Aires) via ZRH for next March/April. Came to a TOTAL of
only 320 pounds! Direct through swiss.com
Not only this, but all sectors were confirmed in Business Class.
I had requested 'lowest available', in other words economy.
Even the confirmation email I received had all sectors confirmed in Business class...my Visa card being charged the grand total of 640 pounds (two of us travelling).
Obviously a mistake, right? They must have missed out a '0', but am I right in thinking the airline is now obliged to honour its mistake?
