How about DirectX - have you got the latest version i.e. 8.1?
2nd suggestion - look at
this page on the MS site - it specifically mentions black out screens when playing..sorry, flying FS2002 and others.
3rd suggestion...look at the computer like this
. If it doesn't work try looking like this
and, if all else fails
