Addis Abeba/Ouagadougou/Lagos/Accra/Libreville

Decent to good hotels, based on my personal experience:

Accra - Golden Tulip
Addis Abeba - Sheraton
Lagos - Ikeja Sheraton
Ouagadougou - Laico
Libreville - Laico

When given the choice, some of these towns should be avoided in the first place ...
