The international aviation community would be laughing at this ridiculous dgca rule.
WE need a collective effort to get rid of these useless rules instead of trying to raise $$$ to get a plane airworthy so that dgca can endorse it. This sounds so retarded only the babus at dgca can pull this of.
Concerned pilots should write to the DG to tell them to revise the CAR's making it more inline with the FAA system of having a CPL without any type specific endorsements upto 12,500lbs
