Really mate that the best you can do?
IF THESE "CLEANERS" WANT MY PAY THEN BY ALL MEANS TRAIN TO BE A PILOT.
I worked my way up from humble beginnings through blood sweat and plenty of tears to finally get to my position.
And paid for the training myself, most guys if they do manage to join an Airline do so with a LOT of debt.
What stopped him/her from bettering themselves?
No aspirations when they were 16 years old perhaps?? Bad choices?
Most Pilots are self made men/women that weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouths mate.
So instead of trying to "bring us down to your pay level" why don't you try and bring theirs up a bit?
I see the tall poppie jealous syndrome is alive and kicking still
