Hi all, i'm seriously considering applying for the SIA cadet programme. However, i will only be turning 23 this coming august and i'm well aware of the 26 year old age restriction set by the RSAF. With that said, i have completed the RSAF compass test a few years back and wasn't selected then. And i've heard rumors that SIA do take in cadets under the age of 26 as long as they've been rejected by RSAF?
Another concern that i do have is that i'm currently still completing my bachelor degree at SMU. Nonetheless, i'm willing to put it on hold for the cadet programme if i'm selected.
So my question is, would it be recommended for me to for me to wait till i'm older to apply? or should i go ahead and apply now?
