we have seen Nino Luis Jamili activities from dec2009 till oct 2010 are as follows :
1)JAN 2010- 2104 A, ANTEL SEAVIEW TOWERS ,ROXAS BLVD,manila .He rented appartmnt for us Indians( according to contract food nd accomdation included)
we were asked to leave from there cause he did not pay the rent and electricity bill and the house was pad locked along with our things.
(we had to approach passay police to get our things while nino did not do anything)
2)COKO II BUILDING PATIO MADRIGAL,ROXAS BOULEVARD,PASAY CITY,METRO MANILA,: place where we had the office and ground class.
This place got pad locked cause he did not pay rent for 2months.
3)61B Multi Ave, Multi National Village,paranaque. the place we were shifted after the Antel issue and Nino said it will not happen again cause its owned by him. but within a month time the land lady came for rent,we asked her will try to get the money from nino and she gave us few days time .In between which our electricity and water was cut for same reason he never payed the bill(multi village office has complain on him regardin this).we were all forced to shift to our frnds place cause Nino never answer the call or msg as he always does. Then we were forced to vacate as this house also was padlocked the owner was kind so asked us to get our things.
4).Ford escape casethe bank came in search of the car at the multi avenue address searchin for car.they saw the car parked there but no keys which forced them to remove the tires of the car and kept police patrol day and night to catch nino.at the end car was taken.
5) he never payed salary to his staff .Due to which they stopped working a week before office was padlocked.
6) We then shifted to town house. from the money which we got from Nino that is daily rent of 1000peso after we told Nino will have approch Indian embassy if this continues.within few days he said he has no money he will pawn his cp and send which did not happen which forced us to go to cebu as we already paid a large amount of rent he never refund.
7)He just kept saying next month airline will takeoff etc...
which never happen and at the end he started asking money for even refueling the 42tnr and food when we decided we have to complain and filled cases agaist him...
THIS PERSON CAN LOAN A CAR NOT BUY ..HIS EARLIER CAR BEFORE FORD ESCAPE WAS ALSO TAKEN BY THE POLICE CAUSE HE DID NOT PAY INSTALMNTS

he was a former employee of CAAP....FROM WHERE HE WAS TERMINATED(we got this info when we filed complain at caap regarding him and SUBMITED his fake documents which he used for cheating us)
HE USED THE NAME OF SEA AIR TO GET THE MONEY FROM US. He made a bank account saying it was seair account.but this account was opened on Nino luis jamili name which we came to know when we approached the bank.
