EI internal relations
You will find that the prevailing sense in HOB is that the operational staff (pilots, cabin crew, ground handling, engineers etc) are an annoyance and that they don't have the 'managerial skills' to make balanced decisions to ensure the smooth running of EI.
(Hence the fact that EI are looking at removing the redcaps/flight dispatchers position from their operation, or the fact that they have been chronically short of flight/cabin crew for the 2 months)
