Impossible to know at this stage whether its a seasonal or permanent cut, of possibly an outside chance it will be loaded for winter at a later date (though unlikely with similar LTN-Bourgas loaded for winter), but I'm sure they have previously operated Varna year round, albeit at a far lower winter frequency
