Mr Cable's figures show impact at around 150 IAS
Although I don't have a copy of Annex Q to the BOI (AAIB Report) I believe Mr Cable's conclusion was that the aircraft impacted at 150 kts
groundspeed (FAI, Page 64) climbing at approximately 20 deg on a track of 012 deg; DASH and LCTA extensions consistent with a sharp up-collective and back-cyclic pull up manoeuvre from 150 kts IAS and 1000 ft/min.
