Compylot... how is tough up princess relevant to 5 pilots selling their souls to undercut every other pilot flying A320's, let alone with Jetstar?
Although it
seems like pilots have had a win over management in this case, if these 5 guys do get employment then all Jetstar management have to do in the future to get the 'pliable' types is to offer any hair-brained terms and conditions, back down and then still put them on the EBA. Thus when it comes to negotiating time, there is 5 more pilots that wont join a union, and will effectively be YES men.
It is up to the individual as much as anyone else to say 'no' to turd sandwiches such as this. Although why you would still want to work for One star these days after one fiasco after another is beyond me.
